At BRI Insights, once you make a payment, we will send your report to you within 12 to 24 business days after it is prepared. Before dispatching it, we will test the quality. In cases where reports have been prepared specifically for you, we will provide them within the set timeframe. Reports will be mailed to you in PDF, Excel, PPT, or on Cloud Access, as per your instructions.
If you prefer printed copies, you have to bear shipping costs. The cost of shipping cannot be the same everywhere and varies depending on the location where the individual resides. BRI Insights holds no responsibility for any destruction that happens during shipping. The right to send a free replacement lies in the hands of the publisher.
BRI Insights always provides two different types of reports: Syndicated and Customised. We have data and information in our standard format, as presented in syndicated reports. Custom reports can also be created, depending on your needs.
For those who are trying to receive customised reports, they must first submit the Table of Contents and then proceed to make the final payment. BRI Insights has the whole permission to initiate your report by being the primary point of contact. We will provide it to you in the format you paid for within the specified time.
It should also be noted that additional charges will be incurred if you request extra arrangements after the Table of Contents has been finalised. In addition to current costs, extra costs depend on what you want to add.
